The following Washington Academy students, taught by WA Latin teacher Ms. Amy Axe, earned awards for their performance on the National Latin Exam:  Chloe Barnett, Cum Laude for Latin IV (Poetry); Audrey Curry, Cum Laude for Latin II; and Scott Reed, Summa Cum Laude for Latin III. The National Latin Exam is sponsored by the American Classical League and the National Junior Classical League. Students from all fifty states and thirteen countries participated this year.
