Alice Sullivan is a very busy woman.
She teaches classes in music history,
music theory, and guitar; she leads
Washington Academy's Chorus and Concert
Band; and she is also involved in community,
state and national music organizations.
No wonder her biggest work challenge
is "so many exciting things to do, so
little time!"
Mrs. Sullivan holds three degrees:
an Associates in Jazz and Contemporary
Music, and both a Bachelor's and a Master's
in Music Education. How does she see
her mission? "To provide an exciting
and quality education, and to cultivate
discipline and enthusiasm in my students."
When she's not working or traveling
with Washington Academy students, Mrs.
Sullivan can often be found skiing during
the winter months, golfing in warm weather,
and sewing or reading whenever she gets
the chance.
